* Rent my brain (RMB) will provide Client with conceptual ideas to develop a new product or a more efficient and less expensive way of manufacturing a product in the same line of work of the client, or alternative ways of running their businesses.
* If a Client decides to develop the proposed product, Client will retain all IP rights and pay a small licensing fee of 5% of the sales of the new product < link to licensing contract>
If Client had already developed the same concept that RMB proposed during the first visit, and have documentation to prove it, Client will only reimburse the travel to its site during the first visit
* If Client decline to develop the concept, RMB will retain ownership of the concept, and Client will pay RMB only the cost of the first visit to discuss the concept
